YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Project Management for mini projects
• Collection and consolidation of requirements for needed changes across different transformation streams
• Support and follow-up on operational process analysis and redesign
• Establishment of governance structures that allow for yearly reviews and approvals
• Organization of and participation in workshops regarding blocking points, new developments and cross-functional topics

YOUR SKILLS:

• Bachelor's or Master's students in Economics, Legal, Quality & Compliance, Process Design, Business Engineering / IT, Business Administration or a related field (or graduates who completed their degree within the past 12 months).
• Well organized and structured, analytical skills and process understanding
• Inclusive personality with strong communication skills
• Fluent English, German is a strong advantage
