Through collaboration and collective ambition, we accelerate climate solutions by driving business action and ambitious policy to halve global emissions by 2030 and reach net zero by 2050. We are a remote-first organization, with the majority of our team working from locations in Europe, North America and India. Collaboration primarily takes place through video calls, messaging platforms, and cloud-based tools. However, this role is based in our Geneva office, where we maintain a small and vibrant team. The selected intern is expected to work from the office most days of the week to support in-person coordination with the CEO and other team members. The role We are seeking a well-organized and adaptable intern to join our CEO Office. The CEO Office is a small, agile team consisting of the CEO, the Senior Manager, and the Assistant. As an intern, you'll work closely with all three, playing a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift rapidly. You are quick to grasp context and connect dots, even when information is incomplete or evolving. You enjoy executing with precision, while remaining adaptable and confident navigating ambiguity. The right candidate is energized by a varied workload, keen to contribute across multiple areas, and comfortable managing competing priorities with clarity and responsiveness, while working closely with a supportive manager. While your primary focus will be on supporting the CEO Office, you will also have the chance to collaborate with other departments, offering support as needed. You'll be part of a young, collaborative, and mission-driven team that values openness, agility, and a sense of humour.
