Your Mission

----------------

Assist with monthly and quarterly General Ledger activities, including account reconciliations across multiple regions. Assist with CAPEX, D2C, and Intercompany accounting workflows as needed by the global team. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to streamline global accounting operations. Support the team on ad-hoc analyses, SOX controls, and cross-functional projects.

Your story

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Basic understanding of GAAP or IFRS (coursework acceptable). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a global mindset. Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) is a plus. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a multicultural, virtual team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

The finance global team is made up of 4 members, mainly focusing in CAPEX, inter-company, DTC and General Ledger. We constantly strive to challenge the status quo, drive growth, and shape tomorrow's best practices through thinking differently, acting cross-functionally, and making use of the latest technology.
