Robeco has over 25 years of experience in thematic investing and currently manages more than EUR 15 billion across 13 thematic strategies. Our team of around 40 investment professionals - including portfolio managers, analysts, client portfolio managers, and investment specialists - is based in Zurich and Rotterdam. We actively manage thematic equity funds and mandates for a global client base spanning Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.





As an intern with the Thematic Client Portfolio Management team (CPM), you will support CPMs and portfolio managers in their client-related work helping the team to raise and retain assets in our thematic strategies. In this role, you will gain in-depth insights into both the Investment and the Sales organization. Working in our multi-cultural team, you will gain knowledge of investment products, portfolios, and processes, enabling you to collaborate more independently with key stakeholders over time.

Position & Requirements

Responsibilities

Manage regular internal and external reporting tasks in close collaboration with investment teams and CPMs Update standard marketing materials (e.g. presentations) Prepare tailored client presentations Support in responding to client and Sales inquiries Support in creating new marketing content (slides, articles, research) Assist Thematic Management with ad hoc tasks

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, e.g. in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Good understanding of asset management; equity knowledge is a plus. Affinity for use of AI and seeking efficiency improvements. Good analytical skills and high attention to detail. Self-starter and fast learner with the ability to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Bloomberg knowledge is a plus. Fluent in English and German. Any other European language (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish) is a plus.
