Als Intern unterstutzt du das MAIT Task Manager Team bei der operativen und administrativen Abwicklung von produktionsnahen Projekten. Dabei erhaltst du einen umfassenden Einblick in projektbasierte Fertigungsprozesse und industrielle Ablaufe.

Deine Mission

:
Unterstutzung bei der Einfuhrung und Implementierung des neuen ERP-Systems SAP S/4HANA Mitwirkung bei der Planung, Dokumentation und Umsetzung von Arbeitsplanen sowie bei der strukturierten Aufbereitung der zugehorigen Dokumentation Mitarbeit bei der Definition, Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von Korrektur- und Praventivmassnahmen (CAPA) zur nachhaltigen Verbesserung der Produktqualitat Unterstutzung bei der termin-, kosten- und fortschrittsgerechten Planung, Steuerung und Uberwachung laufender Projekte Mitarbeit bei der Erhebung, Auswertung und Analyse von Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Unterstutzung bei der Projektbereinigung, Abschlussdokumentation und formalen Ubergabe zum Projektabschluss

Deine Geschichte

:
Immatrikuliert in BSc, MSc oder mit Studienabschluss, der hochstes ein Jahr zuruckliegt in den Bereichen Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Unternehmensprozesse, Produktionstechnik, Projektmanagement oder vergleichbar Interesse an industriellen Produktionsprozessen und projektbasierter Fertigung Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (insbesondere Excel) Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse / Englischkenntnisse auf kommunikativem Niveau (Unternehmenssprache) Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Gute Planungs- und Organisationsfahigkeiten Kommunikationsstarke und Teamfahigkeit
