As an

Intern Real Estate Transactions (50% - 80%)

you'll be at the heart of our acquisitions, sales and letting activities, supporting key processes and gaining valuable exposure to the Swiss property market.

Your responsibilities

Monitor and support existing real estate portfolios and local property managers Assist in real estate acquisitions: property analysis, due diligence, preparation of offers, reports, and presentations Support sales and letting activities, help coordinate listings, liaise with brokers and external partners Contribute to monthly reporting Support process improvement and internal procedures Provide administrative support and coordinate operational projects Analyze and track new real estate development opportunities (residential, commercial, healthcare) Assist in preparing external reports for clients and investors Organize, attend, and follow up on internal and external meetings

Your profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Law, or Hospitality Management, ideally with a focus on Finance/Real Estate First professional experience or a strong interest in the real estate sector Resilient, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines Strong team spirit with a proactive and independent mindset Structured approach and solid analytical thinking skills Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluent in German, with a good command of English. French is a strong advantage.
