We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

Your Mission

We are the advanced navigators of On - we help to steer the business by analysing the past and predicting the future. Additionally, we are the finance business partners for Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, Operations, Happiness Delivery and the regional management team. We bring information to all corners of organisation to drive more informed decision making We support our stakeholders in finding their way through the numbers and better understanding the business on an analytical level.

Your story

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field preferred Analytical skills, the ability to combine classical metrics with innovative storytelling, and a philosophy of letting data find a voice Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships across all organizational levels while working cross-functionally Experience in: Excel (pivot tables, power queries, macros), and BI tools / system experience Ability to read, write and speak Business English fluently. Any additional language skills are welcome

You will be part of a regional growing Finance team based in the Zurich HQ, collaborating closely with the global Finance organization and the commercial teams in the EMEA region.
