What you will be doing:



We are seeking an International Transformation Project Manager (ideally with experience in the FMCG sector) to play a pivotal role within our Enterprise Team. This position is responsible for driving successful program delivery, collaborating closely with key stakeholders from RMOs, IT, Business Units, and Shared Services. Acting as a governance lead for SMEs within the International RMO--spanning EMEA, APAC, and LATAM--you will oversee projects that range from implementing new tools and processes to driving continuous improvement. Your leadership will ensure seamless execution and alignment across global operations.


Key Responsibilities



Enterprise initiatives (tools, processes, or continuous improvements):



Creating project specific objectives and success criteria with Associate Director, International Transformation and key stakeholders for the project Coordinating INTL SMEs/project members and influencing enterprise project team Overseeing deployment in International RMOs and adjust with overall Enterprise Team stakeholders as needed

International initiatives (tools, processes, or continuous improvements):



Ensuring alignment on project objectives, project team, success criteria Designing action plans and project timelines in collaboration with IT, Business Units and Shared Services Leading the project team to deliver the plan on time & on quality

For all initiatives:



Governing SME / project member resources ensuring efficient time allocation of SMEs / project members. This may include taking on SME related work Overseeing and ensuring that all regions across International RMO are consistently leveraging HELE's application environment, processes and tools consistently to enable the business Working with process owners, and other Stakeholders (internal and external) to identify, assess, understand, and solve issues end-to-end Developing timely courses of action to mitigate identified risks Working with HR to develop change management and adoption plans for International RMO teams to adopt and foster successful implementation Understanding business risks to International RMOs and cascade to teams and stakeholders as appropriate Keeping International Leadership (President, HR, Regional GMs EMEA, APAC, LATAM) engaged and informed on project status and any risks that need support

Skills needed to be successful in this role:



Strong business judgement and intellectual curiosity Strong planning and program management capabilities Demonstrated ability to identify key risks / issues and mitigate / resolve in timely fashion Ability to prioritize effectively across multiple programs Strong verbal/written communication, influencing, and collaboration skills Knowledge of digital technologies and platforms preferred, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Business Intelligence, financial and supply chain, DTC (Direct to Consumer), and marketing Software skills preferred, but not required - MS office, Smartsheet, Oracle, Excel Understanding of general IT functions such as development, infrastructure, digital, security, and master data

Minimum Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years' experience in transformation, program management, or consulting role Authorized to work in Switzerland on a full-time basis

Preferred Qualifications and experience:



Experience preferably within the consumer/retail FMCG sector and within multinational, fast-paced environments Prince 2 qualifications would be an asset Fluent in English and French Passion for consumer products and Helen of Troy's brands!
