Internship - Cash management tool redevelopment
Join the Wealth Management Technology department and take an active role in a development team responsible for modernizing a key internal application: the Cash Management Tool. This tool is used daily by Bankers to monitor and forecast client cash balances over a rolling horizon.
YOUR ROLEYour mission will be to reimplement the tool from scratch using modern technologies--Angular for the frontend and Java for the backend--while improving usability, performance, and maintainability.
You will gain a functional understanding of cash forecasting and liquidity monitoring in private banking by engaging with business experts and analyzing the current tool.
You will design and develop both the user interface (with intuitive visualizations and drill-down capabilities) and the backend services (handling data aggregation, forecasting logic, and integration with internal systems).
You will contribute to the integration of the tool into our next-generation GX Wealth Management platform, working within a team that follows Agile/Scrum methodology.
YOUR PROFILEMaster's student or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Strong interest in Financial Services and Banking Operations
Strong interest in Java, web development, Angular, Spring Boot, and MongoDB
Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion
Good communication and collaboration skills
Fluent in English (French is a plus)
Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
