internship

What you'll be doing

Research venues and suppliers in Switzerland (with a focus on

Geneva

) for small events, such as year-end parties and client dinners. Support senior managers managing the event venue

budget

. Draft clar, client-ready and eganging

PowerPoint

presentations. Assist with supplier coordination and keep track of supplier offers, deadlines, and key details. Learn the ropes of venue sourcing, client expectations, and event logistics.

Must haves

Currently enrolled in a

hospitality

or

event management

program. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent command of Excel & PowerPoint. Fluent in

French & English

, svp.) A collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn. Based in Geneva or nearby (commutable distance).

Knowledge of venues and suppliers in Geneva. A good eye for details and creative venue solutions.
