Field Service Intern

, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and performance verification of Nanolive's cutting-edge imaging platforms. Working closely with experienced service personal, you will gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting, system calibration, and customer interaction, contributing to the delivery of a high-quality user experience with Nanolive products.

Key Responsibilities

Installation and Support:

Conduct installations and commissioning of new equipment at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration into workflows. Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures and ensure long-term performance. Perform software upgrades to keep our customers up-to date. Deliver high-quality technical support, troubleshooting issues remotely or on-site to ensure system reliability and customer satisfaction. Actively monitor the status of customer contracts. Track and schedule on-site PM visit(s).

Reporting and Collaboration:

Report handled cases in Customer Relationship Management system on a timely basis. This includes reports related to customer visits. Provide feedback to internal teams about customer experiences, documentation improvement, and opportunities for product improvement. Excellent interpersonal skills for a positive and effective communication with customers, colleagues and superiors.

What We're Looking For

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Willingness to travel, mainly within Europe. Experience within biology laboratory and troubleshooting laboratory equipment is a strong plus. Proficiency in instrument systems technology (electronics, fine mechanics, chemistry, and software). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
