The Position

This internship is part of our Solutions Marketing Chapter within the global Marketing & Customer Insights organization. You will work on strategic marketing initiatives and support key product launches.
The internship is based on-site in Rotkreuz, Switzerland.
The opportunitySupporting Global Marketing Managers, Integrated Marketing Managers, and Event Managers in executing business deliverables.
Assisting in the organization and execution of global congresses, including:
+ internal communication
+ gathering and organizing content
+ meeting logistics
+ creating newsletters
+ updating websites
+ coordinating with external creative agencies
Providing support throughout the Promotional Content Approval Process and helping release finalized materials.
Supporting internal communication around marketing assets and upcoming events.
Assisting with product launches at industry events.
Collaborating with global and local (affiliate) business and marketing stakeholders.
Coordinating and managing additional assigned projects.
Who you areYou are a Master's student or recent graduate (within 12 months prior to the start date) in Marketing, Business, Administration or a related field.
You are eager to apply your academic knowledge in a hands-on, dynamic internship environment.
You have strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
You bring solid project management abilities and can handle multiple tasks across diverse stakeholders.
You work in a structured and detail-oriented way, with the ability to prioritize under tight timelines.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders.
You are proficient in Google Workspace tools (gMail, gSheets, gDocs, gSlides, etc.) or are willing to learn quickly.
You have business-level English proficiency.
