Tasks In the course of your 6-8 months internship, you will work in:
Digital Sales: Actively support the Digital Commerce team in ongoing initiatives throughout the customer journey in our eCommerce store
Customer Acquisition: Monitor search ad campaigns, optimize SEA and SEO, and assist with reporting and testing
Support Digital Commerce steering of actions in the EMEA region
Conversion optimization: You help to develop innovative eCommerce measures
Administrative support: You are responsible for communication coordination of important information for internal stakeholders
Event support: You assist in organizing team gatherings and events
Benchmarking: You research market trends and present comparisons of different digital sales topics
A/B Testing and experimentation: You collaborate with respective teams to test new functionalities and help prepare the content according to our customer journey up to go-live.

Enrolment for the entire period of the internship or the internship between the bachelor's and master's degree (gap year)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, knowledge of eCommerce tools is an advantage
Strong interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, and customer experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Very good written and spoken English
High level of motivation, commitment, and initiative, including the ability to bring fresh ideas and topics to the table
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
