Overview of Role
During your internship in our Swiss Investment and Portfolio Advisory team, you will work closely with experienced professionals on daily activities and real-world projects. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in portfolio management, client advisory support, and market analysis within a multinational work environment in Geneva.
You will have your own tasks and responsibilities and also help us in the ongoing administration. This internship will last for nine months with a start date in April 2026.
Responsibilities
Help to prepare regular portfolio reviews and bespoke portfolio proposals
Prepare materials associated with new client pitches
Interact with specialists in the research departments
Compile and write monthly market summaries
Support in the translation of Advisory publications
Update our investment universe on a regular basis
Review and improve our internal tools and task automation
Apply Microsoft Office and VBA in the day-to-day work
Education and Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or completed a University degree (Bachelor or Master)
Ideally gained first exposure to investment or portfolio advisory topics
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and VBA
Interest in financial markets and investment solutions appreciated
Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
Fluent in English and French; additional languages (German) are an advantage
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with sound judgment
Team-oriented and collaborative
Open-minded and adaptable to change
Well-structured, organized, and detail-focused
Accuracy and reliability in handling data and tasks
