Role Overview
Join our team to support the implementation and optimization of Shopify Plus and Shopify POS for the M-Way e-bike business. This role focuses on creating seamless commerce experiences across online and offline channels for European customers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in customizing and setting up Shopify Plus stores, themes, workflows, and integrations
Collaborate with retail, digital, and tech teams to synchronize product, inventory, and customer data across POS, web, mobile, and social channels.
Support feature development, store optimization, payment and logistics integration, and multi-channel attribution solutions.
Research and implement third-party apps and APIs to enhance digital capabilities; participate in testing in real store scenarios.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and workflow issues related to omnichannel commerce
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify.
Familiarity with retail operations, consumer digital behavior, or integrated ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills; comfortable working in distributed teams.
English is a must
Desired Technical Skills
APIs & Integrations: Ability to work with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations for Shopify Plus.
iPaaS Platforms: Exposure to integration platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, or Zapier for connecting systems and automating workflows.
Data Synchronization: Understanding of syncing product, inventory, and customer data across multiple channels.
Basic Web Development: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Liquid for Shopify theme customization.
ERP/CRM Connectivity: Knowledge of connecting Shopify with ERP or CRM systems for unified operations.
