To strengthen our Life Sciences team, we are looking for a Senior Consultant - Data Strategy and Data Sciences in Clinical Operations (m/f/d) with a start date in September 2023 or later:

Bring to life what\\\'s next
  • Inspire Develop and implement CDISC-based data strategy and data sciences solutions for clients in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on clinical operations and CTMS/EHR data integration. Provide strategic guidance on CDISC data collection, management, analysis, and reporting for clinical trials.
  • Conduct data analyses and provide insights to clients to improve clinical trial design and execution, utilizing CDISC standards, CTMS, EHR, and associated technologies.
  • Lead the development of CDISC-compliant data management and analysis plans, including the use of tools such as SAS and R.
  • Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to analyze complex clinical trial data sets.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality CDISC-based solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members on CDISC standards, CTMS, EHR, EDC, GCP, and associated technologies.
Your qualifications
  • Academic excellence: Advanced degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
  • Industry knowledge: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data strategy and data sciences within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on clinical operations, CDISC data standards, CTMS, EHR, EDC, GCP, and associated technologies. Deep understanding of CDISC data collection, management, analysis, and reporting for clinical trials, as well as CTMS, EHR, and GCP standards and their integration with CDISC data standards. Strong experience in statistical modeling and machine learning techniques, and their application to CDISC-compliant clinical trial data.
  • Consulting experience: Several years of experience in consulting.
  • Leadership experience: Previous experience in leading cross functional team driving change to deliver business value.
  • Conceptual talent: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CDISC-based solutions.
  • Communication and presentation skills: Fluent in English (C1 level written and spoken). German /Zuric/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) mandatory (C1 level). Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Digital affinity: Very good MS Office skills.
  • Cultural fit: High reliability, team spirit and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).
