We are a small fashion e-commerce business working with online marketplaces. We are looking for a
reliable and detail-oriented Inventory & Fulfillment Assistant
to support day-to-day product handling and order fulfillment.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
hands-on work
and wants to gain experience in how an e-commerce fashion business operates behind the scenes.Key Responsibilities
Product picking, packing, and fulfillment Inventory counting and stock organization Labeling, SKU checking, and basic documentation Supporting warehouse organization Assisting with returns and restocking
Requirements
Reliable, careful, and organized Comfortable with repetitive tasks Physically able to handle packages Based in Switzerland (required) No prior experience required - training provided
Working Hours
Part-time (flexible hours) Hourly-based
Growth Opportunity
After onboarding, there is an opportunity to
learn additional e-commerce operations
, including marketplace processes and basic marketing activities.Job Type: Part-time
Pay: CHF20.00 - CHF22.00 per year
Expected hours: 4 - 10 per week
