Your role

We are looking to strengthen our Core Equity Team with an Investment Analyst / Portfolio Manager. The successful candidate should be passionate about investing as she/he will provide in-depth, fundamental analysis on European stocks including full ESG integration. Over time the person will assume coverage for one or several sectors and grow into a role as a deputy portfolio manager for our European Equity strategies. This includes operational tasks such as trading and reporting.

Your responsibilities
  • In-depth, fundamental analysis of European stocks
  • Run detailed equity valuation models for covered stocks
  • Sector focus would be preferably Industrials with Materials, Energy and Utilities as potential additions
  • Integration of sustainability into analysis and decision making
  • Identify and present new sector trends and their impact on relevant stocks
  • Support in administrative tasks related to the portfolio, like trading and reporting
  • Opportunity to take deputy portfolio manager role over time
Your profile
  • Very good academic qualifications, Master degree and/or CFA preferred
  • Experience in Fundamental Equity Analysis, preferably with sector focus on Industrials and Commodities
  • Good quantitative skills to maintain and develop financial / valuation models
  • Motivated, dynamic and reliable personality that is committed and a constructive teamplayer; able to deal with pressure
  • Rapid grasp of new concepts as well as a highly analytical way of thinking; Creative out-of-the-box thinker
  • Passion about investing, including reading books, following blogs, listening to podcasts
  • Fluent in English and at least another European language
