The role of the function is to work closely with PWM's Luxembourg CRM preparing the offering and enhancing the services for clients and prospects.
The function requires to present the full range of Pictet investments to clients as well as the solutions best suited for their need.
Your role

  • Work closely with relationship managers when approaching clients and prospects.
  • Help to determine clients' needs and submitting proposals for relevant investment solutions.
  • Implement, check, and rebalance clients' advisory portfolios tailored to clients' profile.
  • Provide clients with reporting on the performance of discretionary portfolios.
  • Keep bankers, clients and prospects informed of the strategies and solutions drawn up by the investment platform.
  • Stay abreast of developments on financial markets and of the Bank's opinions, its research activities, and its product range.
  • Be involved in marketing projects aimed at persuading prospective clients.
  • Maintain a strong compliance culture, ensure optimal compliance and risk management by adhering to all relevant local laws, regulatory requirements, in-house directives and procedures.
Your profile
Qualifications and experience:
  • University degree in finance or economics.
  • 5 to 10 years' experience in a similar position.
Specific knowledge:
  • Solid understanding of investments, banking and trust concepts including, but not limited to asset allocation on managed portfolios and advisory portfolios.
  • Knowledgeable across asset classes and investment vehicles.
  • Experience in implementing tailor made investment solutions and monitoring risk.
Language skills:
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Dutch and Flemish would be an asset.
Personal qualities:
  • Ability to demonstrate negotiating skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
  • Solutions-oriented and proactive mindset.
