Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end operation of our IoT infrastructure, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of connected devices and systems.
  • Provision IoT edge devices both on premises and in the cloud, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the reliability and performance of IoT applications and devices in test and productive environments.
  • Maintain operating systems, SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS components.
  • Provide 2nd-level support for end-users and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage robust IoT solutions.
  • Negotiate SLAs for IoT solutions, aligning them with client requirements and organizational goals.
  • Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure the integrity of our IoT ecosystem.
  • Stay updated with the latest IoT technologies and industry best practices, providing recommendations for innovation and improvement, and contributing to IT infrastructure procurement.
Requirements:
  • Master\\\'s or bachelor\\\'s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in IoT cloud infrastructure, provisioning IoT edge devices, and managing their lifecycle.
  • More than 2 years of proven experience with IoT platforms, cloud providers (Azure, AWS), and Linux.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and shell scripting such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, cybersecurity principles, and data privacy regulations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in English. German language skills are a plus.
