The IS People Excellence Specialist, in collaboration with the People Excellence team, will support the build-up of qualified, motivated high performing teams and individuals across ABB IS organization, via continuous guidance, direction and monitoring. They primary focus on the implementation of a consistent Job Architecture in all spheres of IS will support ABB IS People Strategy realization.

Your responsibilities

  • Plans and coordinates the implementation of the IS Job Architecture to all IS Spheres.
  • Proactively works with Managers to make sure that all IS jobs and positions are in line with the IS Job Architecture and related standards.
  • Monitors and reports the execution of the new job/position creation process.
  • Supports Managers community in organizational changes and development through advisory on the IS Job Architecture.
  • Evaluates the demand for new IS job and position creation.
  • Plans and coordinates the delivery of IS job and position descriptions.
  • Creates new job and positions description in line with all relevant standards.
  • Coordinates the monitoring and reporting of the new IS jobs and positions creation.
  • Provides advice and guidance on the IS jobs and positions and related processes.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Psychology, etc.) or relevant work experience
  • Above 1 year of ABB IS experience needed
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the HR-related area: Learning & Development, Recruitment, Competency Development or other
  • Knowledge of talent management topics, as well as ABB HR processes, frameworks and strategic workforce planning
  • Drive and energy to provide the guidance to the whole organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, to communicate information clearly and facilitate learning to diverse audiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively various stakeholders glob-ally
