IT Analyst Client Reporting / Quality & Production

Aufgaben

Responsible for the client service and their quality in the area of client reporting for internal and external stakeholders / Further development of automated reporting solutions, service levels and daily reporting operations, including the precision of the deadlines to be met / Ongoing analysis of client requirements and integration of ongoing improvements in process efficiency and data quality / Ensure, that weaknesses in automated report production are automatically identified and optimized through parameterization / Ensure that quality control automation is continuously optimized / Ensure high quality of services, including meeting customer expectations and quality controls / Ensure on-time, high quality production cycles / Document and update workflows and manuals / Ad hoc projects.

Qualifikation

Master or Bachelor / IT affinity / Knowledge of banking needs in terms of service quality and sustainability / Experience in client reporting, configuring and setting up reports / Knowledge of data analysis, control and quality / Know-how in automating processes / Requirement analysis of client needs of internal and external stakeholders, process re-engineering, implementation of the new processes, including end-to-end user acceptance testing / Documentation of business and process specifications / Analytical personality with attention to detail / Process-oriented thinking and problem-solving mentality / IT skills: SQL, VBA, Python, .NET, Scala / Interdisciplinary collaboration with IT teams / German as well as English.
