Tasks

In a combined role as a business analyst and project manager performing change management projects in a fast-paced and dynamic technology environment / Responsible for designing change management projects for technology redesign and upgrade of core applications / Collaborating in an interdisciplinary senior team with business architects and project managers to discuss conceptual approaches to new required solutions / Planning change activities with milestones and deadlines, execute the change project while adhering to project and schedule timelines, including associated budgets / Ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required quality level / Making recommendations for changes and duration of change / Ensuring that projects are in line with the company\\\'s strategy and develop according to best practices / Coordinate change management activities with overall project plans, including external IT service providers or IT specialists / As a change manager, provide focused support to the portfolio of all bank projects working closely with business unit leaders / Driving the mindset and behavior shift of the organization and foster collaboration and teamwork / Communicate the benefits of key organizational changes and lead trainings and coaching teams.

Requirements

Bachelor\\\'s or Master\\\'s degree in business administration, business informatics or information technology / Professional experience in asset management, corporate banking or international management consulting firms / Interest as a business analyst or project manager in change management challenges at the interface between business and IT / Process and IT application know-how / Methodological and didactic qualifications / Ability to constructively challenge results / Organizational and coordination skills / High level of initiative and assertiveness / Good interpersonal skills and adaptability in working with clients at different locations / Fluent in German and English.
