Job Description
Location: Zug or Basel Area, Switzerland | On-site / Hybrid
Job Type:Contracting / Temporary
Tasks and responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
Support IT projects across R&D, manufacturing, quality, clinical, or commercial operations.
Collaborate with internal IT teams, business units, and external vendors to implement compliant and efficient solutions.
Facilitate workshops, conduct process mapping and gap analysis, and manage UAT activities.
Ensure documentation and systems meet regulatory requirements (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, ISO standards).
Contribute to change management, training, and go-live support.
Your Profile:
Several years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in a Pharma, Biotech, or Med Tech environment.
Solid understanding of GxP regulations and computer system validation (CSV).
Familiarity with tools or systems such as SAP, LIMS, MES, TrackWise, or Veeva is a plus.
Excellent analytical and communication skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
Fluency in English (German is an advantage).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Availability for contract-based, temporary assignments in Zug or Basel.
