IT Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience as an IT Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer. Experience in working with Financial Crime Prevention IT team Strong understanding of

Agile frameworks

and experience working in agile environments. Experience in

compliance

SWIFT

payments processing

reference data

is a strong plus. Proficiency in the

full software development lifecycle

. Solid understanding of

ETL processes

, data specifications, and data mapping. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Create detailed specifications, business requirement documents, and data interface definitions. Support development and testing teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Facilitate and support

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

. Analyze business data, identify inconsistencies or outliers, and propose remediation strategies. Map data from source to target systems and define ETL specifications. Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Ensure alignment with agile methodologies and contribute to product management processes.
