1. Troubleshooting and repair of end-user computing equipment and peripherals.
2. Providing onsite support and resolving incidents and problems associated with EUC equipment.
3. Configuring and supporting mobile computing platforms and network connectivity.
4. Installing, upgrading, and repairing EUC equipment and software.
5. Providing VIP support for specialized equipment and deskside support services.
The requirements include:
1. 3+ years of related work experience.
2. Intune autopilot experience.
3. Knowledge of imaging tools (Ghost, MDT) and data backup and recovery tools (USMT).
4. Experience with Windows 7, 10, and 11 installation, deployment, and configuration.
5. Desired certifications: MCSA: Windows 7, 8, 10, 11.
