As

IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Director





You will be responsible for the design, installation, configuration, security, operational and security maintenance of all IT infrastructures within the Spineart Group.

Their scope will cover the following functions:

Systems Infrastructure Network Infrastructure Workstations IT Support.

Your main responsibilities will be:




Define the infrastructure master plan and the system/network architecture as well as the security policy (Networks, Wi-Fi, Internet, etc.). Deploy monitoring, supervision, and maintenance tools Monitor systems and networks on a daily basis (availability, workload, etc.)
Implement and maintain Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans (DRP/BCP)
Ensure the maintenance policy and structure of technical support (incident reporting, ticketing, escalation rules, and support) Develop IT policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (GDPR, NLPD, HIPAA, etc.) Define and update the project roadmap and manage operating budgets Work in collaboration with business teams to implement the most efficient solutions for the Group Identify, propose, and deliver high value-added projects for the Group. Lead and support a team of 4 people Conduct technology watch on infrastructure and security to anticipate necessary changes

Your profile:




Proven skills in project management and budget oversight Experience in multi-site operations within an international context is a plus Full proficiency in French and English Technical skills: Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Azure Cloud, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra, PowerShell, Virtualization, File Server, DNS, PKI, Backups, Monitoring, Computer Management, Server Management, Update Management, Fortinet stack Personal skills:
- Strong interest in roles combining operational and strategic responsibilities

- Solid analytical skills, ability to solve problems and make proactive recommendations

- Ability to anticipate, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
