Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

IT Support Engineer / Field Support Engineer

to provide hands-on IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) support across warehouse, logistics, office, and retail environments. The role involves supporting end-user devices, network infrastructure, servers, cloud platforms, and business-critical systems across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate has strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience in infrastructure environments, and enjoys working in dynamic, multi-site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide IMACD support for

printers

(primarily Ricoh and Lexmark IPDS devices) Deliver IMACD support for

wireless access points

, mainly in logistics and warehouse environments Provide

LAN/WAN IMACD support

in coordination with the Infrastructure team Support

Lenovo ThinkPad laptops

and other onsite hardware, including out-of-scope equipment Provide IMACD support for

display screens

used for real-time logistics and JIT (Just-in-Time) processes Support

Azure cloud environments

, including application cloud migration activities Support

VMware environments

and on-premises server infrastructure Ensure

data backup operations

for on-premises servers and services Perform operational support and maintenance of

AS/400 (OS/400)

systems used as an integration layer between SAP and local applications Provide IMACD support for

structured cabling

(wired, wireless, and warehouse cabling solutions) Deliver IT support across

Taste Gallery retail locations

, including screens, video walls, iPads, and local hardware Provide IMACD support for

telephony systems

, including Microsoft Teams telephony, softphones, and partial Genesys integrations Support

POS (cash register) systems

used in retail locations Document activities, follow ITIL processes, and ensure SLA compliance
Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in

IT Support / Field Support / Infrastructure Support

Strong knowledge of

Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and peripherals

Hands-on experience with

networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, cabling)

Experience supporting

Azure and VMware environments

Knowledge of

backup solutions and server operations

Familiarity with

printers, POS systems, telephony, and retail/warehouse IT environments

Good communication and documentation skills
