Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
IT Infrastructure Engineer / Manager
to lead IT operations in Switzerland. The role covers IT infrastructure management, team leadership, and support for both IT and OT/ICS environments within an industrial setting.Responsibilities
Manage IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud, and security). Lead and mentor IT teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and project delivery. Support OT/ICS environments and industrial protocols. Ensure system security, compliance, and reliability. Collaborate with manufacturing and business units. Manage vendors, budgets, and service contracts. Develop IT strategies, policies, and disaster recovery plans.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred). 12+ years' IT infrastructure experience, with at least 3 years in management. Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments. Certifications (preferred): CCNA/CCNP, MCSE, VMware, ITIL, CISSP/CISM. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in
German and English (C2 level)

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: CHF4'800.00 - CHF5'100.00 per month
