Your mission:




To reinforce the

Synechron Switzerland

team, we are looking for

an IT Process Analyst.

Our mission is for one of our clients, a

Private Bank

in

Geneva.




You

will be part of the delivery team as an IT Process Analyst

, responsible for

analyzing

,

documenting

and

improving

end-to-end operational processes

related to funds

, mandates and distribution activities.

Your responsibilities:



Mapping and documenting key business processes

related to

funds

and mandates,

investor

onboarding

and

KYC

, account opening, and mandate lifecycle events.

Analyzing

current-state processes to identify bottlenecks, control gaps, failure points and improvement opportunities, and proposing pragmatic and efficient solutions.

Leading and supporting

process improvement, automation and digitalization initiatives (RPA, AI, workflow automation, data integration), including

requirements gathering

,

UAT coordination

,

implementation

,

post-go-live

monitoring and daily support activities.

Providing ad-hoc business analysis

and impact assessments for new product launches and distribution initiatives.

Supporting change management activities

by

preparing

training materials,

running

workshops and

training

operations and distribution teams on new or revised processes.


Qualifications

Your profile and skills:



You hold a

Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field.

You have relevant

experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst

within

fund

administration, transfer agency, fund operations or fund distribution,

acquired at an asset manager, bank or fund administrator. You demonstrate an

understanding of fund products and structures (UCITS, AIFs, SICAVs and other collective investment schemes

), as well as

fund accounting principles

and lifecycle events. You are

experienced in drafting epics

and

user stories

and

facilitating

story mapping workshops with diverse stakeholders. You have

experience working in agile environments and applying agile methodologies.

You possess

expertise in process mapping and process improvement methodologies

(Lean, Six Sigma, BPM)

, with experience driving end-to-end process transformations. You are

proficient in

data extraction and analysis tools

(

Excel, SQL, Swagger, Tableau or other BI tools

) and

are familiar with data mastering systems.

You are

familiar with automation solutions such as RPA, workflow engines and BPM tools

. You

demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.

You have

excellent communication and presentation skills.

You speak

English and French fluently.

You have a

Swiss Residency.
