Your responsibilities:
  • Acquire new customers and recruitment projects for IT positions.
  • Meet with clients on a weekly basis to better understand their recruitment needs.
  • Work closely with our clients, providing them with the right talent strategy.
  • Organize interviews and manage relationships with candidates throughout the selection process
  • Create ad hoc cooperation proposals for our customers
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from advertisement to offer: selection, telephone interviews, assessments, face-to-face interviews, references.
  • Build a talent pool of skilled professionals
  • Develop relationships with candidates and customers
  • Build a portfolio of candidates and customers through strategic marketing and structured networking techniques.
  • Promote talent development and succession planning
  • Management and maintenance of recruitment tracking data
  • Use job boards, internal database and social media to find quality professionals in your market niche.
  • Tracking all key performance indicators in our internal database.
Your Profile:
  • At least 1 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in the IT sector.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Hands-on attitude with a strong desire to succeed
  • Enthusiastic person who is passionate about people
  • Strong sales skills and resilient
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English (additional European languages are a plus)
  • Very good MS Office knowledge
  • Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.
