Level 1

End-User Support:
  • Provide first-level technical support to bank staff and clients, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Troubleshooting:
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve common IT problems, including network connectivity issues, login problems, and email-related queries.
  • Document and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
Software Management:
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications.
  • Provide user training on basic software usage and troubleshooting.
Security Compliance:
  • Assist in ensuring that IT systems and data are compliant with security and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in security awareness training and contribute to the bank\\\'s cybersecurity efforts.
Level 2:

Advanced Troubleshooting:
  • Handle more complex technical issues that cannot be resolved at Level 1, including server and network problems.
  • Collaborate with Level 3 support or external vendors when necessary to resolve issues.
Hardware Maintenance:
  • Conduct hardware repairs and replacements for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Perform routine hardware maintenance tasks, such as updates and upgrades.
System Administration:
  • Assist in user account management, Active Directory administration, and access control.
  • Monitor and maintain server and network infrastructure for optimal performance.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Create and update IT documentation, including manuals, knowledge base articles, and incident reports.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to IT management.
Description du profil :
  • Bachelor\\\'s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Level 2 support.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting.
  • Experience with hardware maintenance and advanced technical problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in French AND in English
