We are looking for an IT System Engineer with a passion for cloud technologies, automation, and DevOps to support and further develop our internal IT systems while ensuring reliable and secure operations.

What You'll Do

Manage and optimize Microsoft Cloud platforms such as Azure, Entra ID, Teams (incl. telephony), SharePoint, Microsoft Defender, and Intune to ensure secure and smooth daily operations. Automate workflows and routine processes using Power Automate, Ansible, or similar tools, and create scripts in PowerShell or Python to improve efficiency. Provide cross-platform support for Windows, macOS, and Linux systems, ensuring a reliable and consistent user experience. Assist in the setup, monitoring, and maintenance of LAN/WAN networks, including firewalls, proxies, and VPN gateways. Collaborate with the IT Team Lead and CTO on infrastructure improvements and automation projects. Document systems, configurations, and processes to support knowledge sharing and smooth operations.

What Do You Bring?

Minimum 3 years of experience in a role such as IT System Engineer. Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Cloud platforms; Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Defender. Practical knowledge of automation tools (Power Automate, Ansible) and basic scripting skills with PowerShell or Python. Familiarity with supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux systems in a corporate environment. Experience in virtualization platforms, ideally Proxmox. Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networking concepts, including firewalls, proxies, and VPN gateways. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills. Fluent English; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
