IT/OT Systems Engineer Wind & Solar (all)

Your field

You support the evolution and integration of IT/OT systems, ensuring secure, stable and high performing renewable operations Cybersecurity is central - you apply network segmentation, access control and system hardening while using networking, servers and virtualisation to connect wind and solar assets You help manage the Business Unit's application portfolio with clean data flows, clear documentation and sustainable lifecycle management You develop KPI and Power BI dashboards for fast, data-driven decisions across teams You contribute to SCADA consolidation, optimisation and requirement definition for new wind and solar projects Continuous improvement, digitalisation initiatives and early AI-driven use cases are topics you actively support while strengthening cybersecurity and digital resilience across projects and assets

Your strengths

A technical degree (Bachelor/Master) or a comparable technical apprenticeship, ideally with first exposure to SCADA, PLC or industrial automation Experience with digital tools such as ERP, CRM or BPM platforms and a willingness to rapidly learn new technologies define your working style Data quality, Power BI dashboards and structured documentation are part of how you ensure robust system performance You communicate clearly, work cross-functionally and take ownership for reliable, well-documented solutions On-site hardware work, SCADA support or OT-security topics motivate rather than intimidate you You are fluent in English; additional European languages and willingness to travel across Europe are an advantage
