We are opening a position for a
Java & AI Developer
to strengthen a team based in Geneva. The mission focuses on supporting the division responsible for digital incubation, particularly in the implementation, integration, and testing of artificial intelligence projects. Key areas include AI agents and trademark goods and services classification, with the possibility to contribute to other AI-related initiatives.Job Responsibilities
Design and implement
practical AI tools
using appropriate model parameters and prompting methods. Developprototype classification solutions
for evaluation and potential use by trademark examiners. CreateAI agent prototypes
for both internal and external stakeholders. Enhance AI tool performance throughcontext analysis
,relevant example injection
,RAG techniques
, andadvanced terminology processing
. Contribute to theanalysis and improvement of ground-truth data quality
(e.g., examiner datasets). Integrate and test AI solutions within existing application environments. Ensure properdocumentation
for all implementations. Track tasks inproject management tools
(e.g., JIRA), provideregular progress updates
, and comply withquality and security standards
. Proven experience working withAI frameworks
, ideally inAWS Bedrock
and related technologies. Strong background inJava web application development
, particularly for prototyping and integration. Familiarity withAI solution testing and deployment
workflows. Ability toanalyze and ensure the consistency and quality of datasets
. Excellenttechnical documentation
andorganizational skills
. Capacity tocollaborate effectively
within a multidisciplinary team and meet project deadlines. * 5 to 9 years of relevant professional experience.
