Job Description

• Design and implement business rules using IBM ODM tools (Decision Center Rule Designer).
• Basic understanding of programming concepts preferably in Java.
• Create and maintain rule projects and ensure proper version control and organization of rule artifacts.
• Develop decision services and expose them for consumption by applications or workflows.
• Test and validate business rules to ensure accuracy compliance and expected outcomes.
• Integrate decision services with enterprise applications via REST SOAP or other integration methods.
• Optimize and refactor rules for performance maintainability and scalability.
• Deploy rule applications to Decision Server and manage rule deployment processes.

Nice to have Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts preferably in Java.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into logical rule statements.
• Experience working in Agile environments incl. use of tools like JIRA Confluence and Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work with complex business processes and adapt to evolving requirements.
