Jira / Confluence System Administrator (m/f/d)

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

In this role you will be responsible for the following main tasks:

• Operating and maintaining the internal task management and wiki tools (JIRA/Confluence)
• Develop, implement and ensure standards and guidelines for the tools (settings) and their application (process) Ensure support for users (best practice)
• Continuous development of the tools (incl. implementation/updates of new and existing features, plugins, new releases, best practice)
• First point of contact for user questions/support (helpdesk)
• Consulting and support for migration and implementation of processes in JIRA & Confluence
• Creation and configuration of Confluence areas and JIRA projects
• Assist in the creation and management of Global Confluence Template documents
• Develop, deliver and update training sessions and material for users from beginner to administrator level
• Contact with external providers (service providers, Atlassian and third party application vendors)

For this exciting and versatile role, you will bring the following requirements:

• Experience with Jira and Confluence from a user and admin perspective
• Programming skills (e.g. JavaScript or Python) are an advantage
• Pleasure and skill in working with Software tools
• Experience in Agile methods is an advantage
• Very good communication skills
• Fluent skills in German and English (written & spoken)
