Position Summary





We are looking for a

Jr. Research Assistant

Omics Data Analysis

to provide support in bioinformatics and data analysis for omics research. In this position, you will contribute to global R&D projects in nutrition and health by developing pipelines, integrating data, and collaborating across functions. Your role will be essential in ensuring high-quality data processing and analysis, ultimately driving insights that benefit our research objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge research projects and generate clear, actionable bioinformatics insights for stakeholders

Make a meaningful impact on our world:

Standardize and automate data pipelines for reproducible omics data analysis, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual work while supporting high-quality processing of large-scale omics datasets, including quality control

Foster a culture of creativity and growth

: Engage with diverse experts and thought leaders to inspire fresh thinking and drive entrepreneurial initiatives by ensuring code is modular, version-controlled, and accessible for team reuse, as well as validating and documenting analytical workflows for accuracy and reproducibility

Stay at the forefront of science

by monitoring relevant external technologies in both academia and industry. Extracting relevant biological features and annotating datasets using appropriate tools to ensure alignment with the latest advancements in the field

What Will Make You Successful





Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Data Science, or a related field


Previous experience in bioinformatics or data analysis, particularly in building and automating data analysis pipelines using Python, R, and Linux/Unix


Skilled in handling data from metagenomics, genomics, and transcriptomics studies and familiar with data visualization techniques and interpreting biological signals


Fluency in English
