Tasks

With a true entrepreneurial mindset, you will:

Take full ownership of your business unit's success and profitability. Drive new business by building strong, long-term client relationships with top-tier industrials in the Life Science sector. Define engineering projects and services we can offer to our industrial partners Recruit and lead a high-performing team of engineering consultants.

You'll oversee three core areas of responsibility:

1. Business Development:

Identify and acquire new clients in the industry sector (includes cold-calling). Define and execute sales strategies. Lead business meetings with key decision-makers. Negotiate contract terms with clients and candidates.

2. Talent Acquisition:

Define recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent. Conduct interviews and assess candidates. Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

3. Team Leadership:

Build and manage your own team of consultants. Support career development Ensure consultants and clients satisfaction.

Requirements

What You Bring:

You don't need years of experience--we'll teach you everything you need to succeed. What matters most is your mindset and motivation.



Fluent in French and German (B2++/C1 minimum). Engineering degree or MSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration. You have between 0-3 years'experience. Strong interest in Sales, Entrepreneurship and Engineering. Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
