Key Responsibilities

Work closely with management to coordinate the commercial strategy across all brands within the portfolio Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analyses related to turnover, collections, specific products, campaigns, and events Configure and update sales price lists for both retail stores and online channels; activate periodic promotions and discounts Develop, implement, and monitor marketing materials for retail stores Collaborate with the Communication and E-commerce departments to ensure a cohesive, full-funnel strategy aligned with monthly and annual growth goals Communicate with the retail network to ensure stores are kept up to date on commercial initiatives Monitor the goods delivery process to stores Handle operational and administrative tasks and liaise with the Italian headquarters

Your Profile

Experience in sales and marketing activities, preferably within the fashion industry Fluent in English and Italian; German and French are considered a plus Good knowledge of MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel Bachelor's degree in economics or a related field is preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to meet deadlines effectively and manage projects independently Positive, proactive attitude with a fast-learning and flexible mindset Strong problem-solving skills
