Key Responsibilities

Analyze Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and contractual data Collaborate with colleagues to build data-driven models, reporting and actionable insights Present findings in a clear, concise manner for internal consumption Oversee and track the implementation of actionable insights within a PMO framework

Ideal Experience

1+ years of experience in data analytics or data science Proficiency in programming (Python, SQL) Experience in Financial Services and financial instruments Experience in CRM, financial instruments or contract datasets. Ability to work with structured and unstructured data. Familiarity with cloud services.

Bonus Points

Experience using LLMs for data summarization, document intelligence, or research enhancement. Familiarity with vector databases and embedding techniques.

Soft Skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

CH Work Permit
