addresses surface and underground mining challenges with proven technologies for planning, operations, and safety. We are seeking a passionate Embedded Software Engineer to join our team developing next-generation safety solutions such as the

Vehicle Intervention System (VIS)

and

Collision Avoidance System (CAS)

. You will deliver high-quality embedded software for intelligent mining systems and perception platforms, working in an agile environment with a strong focus on innovation, quality, and impact on customer safety and efficiency.

Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for our smart devices including SmartAntenna, Display5, SmartSwitch, and other Safety components Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and perception engineers to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs Participate in architecture discussions, Low-Level Design (LLD), and refinement processes to ensure robust and scalable solutions Investigate and resolve critical issues across firmware and hardware integration layers, including GNSS validation, logging protocols, and debug port handling Support release management and participate in sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives as part of our agile development cycle Maintain high standards of code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, test automation, and continuous integration practicess

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field Proficiency in C/C++ Knowledge of communication protocols (SPI, I2C, CAN, RS232) and microcontroller platforms (ARM Cortex-M, STM32, etc.) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Git, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across disciplines Passion for building high-quality products with measurable impact Willingness to travel occasionally for customer mine visits or test deployments

Passion for clean code and best software development practice Familiarity with embedded operating systems such as FreeRTOS or NuttX Familiarity with embedded linux development (Yocto, OpenWRT) 3+ years of experience in embedded software development
