About the Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated personality to support the Business Finance & Controlling Team in Switzerland. As a Junior Finance Business Partner, you can expect exciting challenges in all aspects of processes and finances in the professional services industry.
The team is responsible for helping our leaders at Deloitte Switzerland to solve their complex business and financial questions to drive meaningful results. In addition to Finance and Controlling activities, the team is also involved in a number of Pan-European initiatives, including the rollout of dashboards, reporting metrics as well as process improvements to existing Finance systems.
How you can make an impact

• Active participation in monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities
• Support of the Finance Business Partner with analyses and reports to support Financial targets
• Generation of reporting tasks (e.g. sales and customer profitability analysis) to drive meaningful results
• Assistance with the forecasting, planning and budgeting process
• Collaboration in various initiatives on ERP, reporting and process improvements across the whole organization
• Cross-divisional collaboration on financial topics across the business and support functions both within Switzerland and abroad

Who We Are Looking For

• As an advantage 1-2 years of professional experience in a Finance & Controlling setting or currently pursuing further education (FH, HF) (part-time model is possible)
• Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of German is an asset
• Affinity for Information Technology and Excel is essential; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Self-motivated, reliable and independent working style
• Ability to develop interpersonal relationships and manage senior stakeholders across your business
• Interested in actively improving Finance systems and processes
