Junior Financial Controller 80% - 100% (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstutzung des monatlichen Abschlussprozesses sowie der Monatsendprufungen und -analysen
• Automatisierung und Rationalisierung von Finanzprozessen zur Optimierung operativer Planungsprozesse
• Erste Anlaufstelle fur interne und externe Audits
• Aufbereitung von finanz- und betriebswirtschaftlichen Informationen, Erstellung monatlicher Reportings, Durchfuhrung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
• Erstellung der Budgets und Forecasts gemass Konzernvorgaben
• Erstellung der Liquiditatsplanung
• Verantwortung bei der effizienten Umsetzung verschiedener Digitalisierungsprojekte im Finanzbereich und Weiterentwicklung des Controllings
• Sofern gewunscht, gelegentliche Unterstutzung/Stellvertretung im Buchhaltungsteam moglich

Dein Profil

• Solide Buchhaltungskenntnisse mit hoherem Abschluss und Schwerpunkt Controlling & Accounting (Uni, FH, HF, FA, etc. oder noch in Ausbildung dazu)
• Gute Kenntnisse von Swiss GAAP und IFRS
• Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Automobilbranche
• Fliessende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Koreanisch von grossem Vorteil)
• Hohe digitale Affinitat sowie sehr gute Excel- und SAP-Anwenderkenntnisse
• Selbststandige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einer hohen Hands-on-Mentalitat
