Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage supplier records and profiles on the procurement platform; independently handle small to medium-sized procurement processes, including price/offer negotiation up to a defined monetary threshold.

• Review, prepare, approve, and execute contracts; process, complete, and digitally release orders to suppliers via SAP SRM/eShop, and address order-related queries.

• Provide operational helpdesk support to the business and suppliers; administer company-wide procurement tools and buying channels, including catalog maintenance.

• Train colleagues and maintain expertise on ordering processes and procurement platforms.

• Ensure communication, documentation, and quality control for operational procurement activities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in procurement of indirect goods/services (ideally in finance industry); proficiency in independently and structured working, proactive team engagement, and negotiation (internal/external).

• Strong interpersonal skills: approachable, communicative, resilient, versatile, loyal, and discreet.

• High IT affinity-especially very strong MS Office skills-and holistic, analytical process thinking ability.

• Excellent written and spoken German; good English.

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or similar, currently pursuing further studies or certifications (ideally in business, economics, law, logistics, supply chain); SAP experience and procurement/sales credentials advantageous.
