For a well-known company client based in Lugano we are looking for a Junior Lawyer with excellent knowledge of chinese and english languages.

Contract Drafting and Review: Drafting, reviewing, and modifying contracts and legal
documents related to clients, suppliers, partners, etc., to ensure that contract contents are legal, fair, and aligned with the company\\\'s interests.

Legal Consultation: Providing advice and guidance on legal issues arising from the company\\\'s business activities, including compliance requirements, intellectual property, labor law, etc., to ensure the company\\\'s compliance with legal regulations.

Participating in Negotiations: Assisting the company in business negotiations and
transactions, negotiating legal terms with counterparts, and ensuring the protection of the company\\\'s interests.

Training and Compliance: Providing legal training to company employees to ensure their understanding and adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical guidelines.

Risk Management: Identifying and assessing legal risks associated with the company\\\'s business and providing appropriate risk mitigation measures and recommendations.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments such as finance, trading, human resources, compliance, risk to ensure the company\\\'s compliance with legal requirements in various business activities.

- Chinese mother tongue and excellent English skills

- Excellent legal acumen, analytical abilities, communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities

- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and challenges

- Resident in Tessin or available to relocate
