Durchfuhrung von Legal Checks bei Neuzeichnungen von alternativen Anlagen, sog. Non Traditional Funds (NTF) Administrative Unterstutzung im Tagesgeschaft bezuglich OTC Derivaten (Rahmenvertrage, Transaktionsbestatigungen) und strukturierten Produkten Unterstutzung der Juristen- und Dokumentationsteams bei rechtlich relevanten Aufgaben innerhalb von Global Products and Services (GPS) und Custody Rechtliche Recherchen in verschiedenen Gebieten Betreuung der allgemeinen Mailbox des Teams
YOUR PROFILE

Mind. 2 Semester Studium in Jurisprudenz oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder in einer Fachhochschule mit wirtschaftlichem Studiengang, mit Vorteil nach bestandener Bachelor Stufe Bankerfahrung von Vorteil Interesse fur wirtschaftliche Zusammenhange sowie an regulatorischen Themen Deutsch sowie stilsicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift Proaktive, selbstandige und praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und Zuverlassigkeit Teamfahige und kommunikative Personlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermogen
