We are looking for a passionate, organized and team-oriented marketing professional with an aspiration to learn and execute distinctive and high-quality marketing activities for Deloitte in Switzerland.
The role involves coordinating and delivering marketing campaigns across the entire marketing mix, with the objective to reinforce Deloitte's positioning in the Swiss financial services sector. The individual will join a multicultural and progressive marketing team and will engage with many stakeholders across our firm to deliver impactful marketing experiences. This position reports to the Financial Services Lead Marketer.
How you can make an impact
Execute the defined marketing plan which aligns with Deloitte financial services sector's growth ambitions. This includes but is not limited to:

• Publishing thought leaderships, organizing client events and webinars, delivering digital and social media campaigns with compelling and innovative content for our clients; managing a blog; managing sponsorships, setting up partnerships and more;
• Review & analyze the outcomes & KPIs of the marketing campaigns, reporting impact and return on investment;
• Coordinate the allocated marketing budget and process invoices for the specific go to market activities;
• Provide regular market and competitors benchmark to enable better informed marketing decisions;
• Collaborate with the wider go to market team (PR, Research, Design Studio and Digital team) to collectively deliver distinctiveness in marketing campaigns and also to track and share knowledge, best practices and assets.
• Provide insightful presentations to senior leadership on marketing initiatives and upcoming campaigns

Who We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in marketing with 2-5 years of marketing experience in executing activities across the full marketing mix (professional services and/ or financial services marketing preferred).
• Strong organisational skills with an ability to multitask and deliver to tight deadlines.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a hands-on approach.
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards.
• Working experience with Salesforce (CRM) and Marketo (Marketing automation) an asset.
• Fluency in German and English. French is a plus.
