We are currently seeking for a Junior Mobility Advisor - Customer Success and Fleet to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance the mobility of Gowago customers by advising them in the journey on the road. At Gowago, you'll be part of a team focused on delivering exceptional service, while ensuring that our customers' needs are met with efficiency and care.

Tasks

Analyze and resolve customer issues related to our complex products and services, ensuring clear communication. Document all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring all relevant details are recorded accurately. Onboard customers to our on the road experience and help them have the best journey with their car. Collaborate with different stakeholders, to ensure efficient case solving.

Requirements

French mother tongue (Essential) Fluent in English (Required) Available for 100%. Strong communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer needs. Self-motivated, dedicated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Good to Have:

Conversational German (Preferred) CRM experience (Preferred) Knowledge of car ownership and a passion for cars.
