About LexIKON

LexIKON is a fast-moving, volunteer-driven team designing and prototyping a new party/strategy game. We work in short sprints, test rapidly, and track everything in Jira/Confluence.

Role

We're seeking a

Junior Scrum Master

to facilitate Agile delivery for a small, multi-disciplinary team (game design, linguistics, graphics, playtesting). This is an

unpaid volunteer role

--ideal for students or early-career professionals who want

real Scrum experience

to validate their certification.

What you'll do

Facilitate ceremonies: stand-ups (Wed 09:30 CET), sprint planning, review, retro. Keep flow healthy: manage Jira board, surface/remove blockers, nudge follow-ups. Guard the sprint goal; support backlog refinement and clear DoD per ticket. Prep playtests (checklists, schedules, feedback capture). Promote documentation hygiene in Confluence and async comms in Slack. Share a succinct weekly progress summary (risks, decisions, next steps).
You bring

Early-career Scrum/Agile interest (PSM I/CSM a plus, not required). Organized, proactive, and comfortable coaching volunteers. Clear communicator in English (DE/IT/ES a bonus). Curiosity about games, design, and iterative testing.
Time commitment
